Summary: Everything was ok except the pillows on the bed. OMGOODNESS they were horrible. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. Even the sofa bed was horrible. You guys need to put money into the beds. Everything else was amazing!! I recommend but bring pillows.

Summary: We really enjoyed the stay at Embassy Suite. The atmosphere was excellent, we had great time there. The only thing that was not perfect was the A/C system. It was not cooling down enough in the living area. The hotel gave us two fans at the first day and fixed the issue the next day. We are very happy with the result. We will definitely book Embassy Suite in the future.

Summary: Upon check in, (Saturday) we were informed that the air conditioning was not working properly and they were waiting on a part, which would not be in until Tuesday!? They briught us 2 pedestal fans, which helped a lot. Thr The eating area for breakfast is well maintained. It's kept clean snd stocked. But the lobby is a bit dated. Swimming pool and hot tub were working...which is a major plus! Embassy is now offering free cocktails between 5:30 & 7pm like Drury Inns do. They only offered pretzel bites and homemade chips... I would consider staying here again...as long as the air conditioning id working properly.

Summary: Hotel was nice but the air conditioning in the rooms did not cool the rooms off. We were part of a large group. There were many complaints made but they did not accommodate.

Summary: Stayed at this hotel for a week visiting my son who’s in Deerfield for the Summer internship. Enjoyed the stay here, very friendly staff at the daily breakfast dining area.

Summary: Positives: Room was in good order, we had clean towels, clean sheets, plenty of pillows. Shower pressure was great, plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, chairs and couch. Breakfast was good. Needs work: We only had enough towels for 3, so had to ask for an extra set. Also needed extra blanket. Couldnt figure out how fan in bathroom worked and also no silverware in unit. Breakfast was carb and protein heavy, not enough greens or other vegetables.
